Debbie D's Upper East Side Garden Party (March 24, 2009 - WMC)

On Tuesday, I caught the tail end of Debbie D's garden party at Upper East Side Gardens. There were performances by Jose El Rey, Otto Von Schirach, Debbie D, Dancetasy, Palm Trees, and others. It was a great locals kickoff to the WMC.
