Across the street from the Hard Rock Casino, on the last Thursday of the month, in an internet Cafe (of all places) you may find something rather surprising... maybe even startling. Proof that there are still plenty of kids who will come out to hear local rappers spitting underground hip hop. Oh yeah, and play video games too.
