The 12th Annual Medical Marijuana Benefit Concert at Tobacco Road Today!
The good folks at Ploppy Palace Productions have joined forces with Tobacco Road again to present the 12th Annual Medical Marijuana Benefit Concert today. There are some great bands playing on three stages with music beginning at 4pm and going on until 3am. In addition to the music: painters, poets, and dancers will be performing. Local vendors will also have their homespun products for sale. Legal medical marijuana patients as well as advocates from various organizations will be discussing the benefits and personal experiences of medical marijuana. As stated on the Ploppy Palace event site, "The event will work to raise funds and awareness for PUFMM (People United For Medical Marijuana), South Florida NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) and Patients Out Of Time’s medical marijuana campaign and the protection of patients’ rights." Come out on this lovely winter day and support the cause!
