JJ Colagrande's Oracledang Comes to Life on Friday
Not that long ago, I did a review of local author JJ Colagrande's music festival oriented novel, Headz the Novel. One of the central aspects of the book was the characters quest to get to fictional Oracledang music festival.
Well, the fiction has ended, and JJ has brought Oracledang to life this Friday, May 28, at White Room in downtown Miami.
Taking part in the event are several of REVMiami's favorite bands: !MAYDAY!, Dyslexic Postcards (BCB video), and Radioboxer (BCB video). Plus Raffa & Rainer and Brandon O'Hara are two personal favorites that I haven't really been able to incorporate into REVMiami, but are two musicians that are mandatory for any local music devotee.
If that isn't enough, in Oracledang and Headz the novel fashion, JJ has brought together several literary and artistic aspects to fill out the event. From the Facebook Invite:
