LMBN

In an effort to bring together the local music blogs between various cities, I'm launching a new project called Local Music Blogging Network (LMBN). Really, it requires nothing more than fellow local music bloggers copying the text in the textbox above and placing it wherever you want on your blog and joining a community of fellow bloggers.

This really is an experiment for an idea that I had. I'm going to allow pings on this page, so that we can all link back and forth to each other, and I'll manually add names to a list by area. If we get enough people together, then I'll see if I can pull together a script that will list out all the names of the various blogs, so anyone could post it as a widget (or whatever) on their page.

But for now, just post up the links and image, and let's see where it can go.
